Convert hscommon, qtlib and cocoalib to submodules
...
... rather than subtrees. That also represents a small qtlib updates
which needed a code adjustment.

pygettext: explicitly open files as utf-8
...
When running it through SSH, I couldn't open files with non-ascii chars.
