Convert hscommon, qtlib and cocoalib to submodules
...
... rather than subtrees. That also represents a small qtlib updates
which needed a code adjustment.

Added the --normpo build option

This build command normalizes all PO so that I stop getting
spurious diffs whenever I pull from Transifex.
