Fix iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile warnings in stderr
...
I processed all images through `convert -strip`.
It's still possible, however, to get these error if PE tries to open an
image with an invalid profile.

dgse cocoa: extracted the pref pane from MainMenu.xib into Preferences.xib, Removed column menu items, which are now generated in the code. other little things.
